Keep the client relationship. Add the specialist engineering.

Ask Buc supports IT providers, consultants and agencies when a client engagement needs infrastructure depth, migration capacity or help getting a technical project over the finish line.

Bring us in for a defined gap.

A client needs a Microsoft 365 migration. A server project has become more complex than expected. Your team needs infrastructure documentation, identity remediation, storage engineering or a controlled recovery plan.

We establish the scope and delivery relationship before joining the work. This is an engineering engagement—not an assumption that Ask Buc becomes the client's primary provider.

Technical workstreams

Microsoft 365 and Exchange; Active Directory and identity; virtualization and storage; Windows Server projects; networks and remote access; recovery planning; private AI and business-system integrations.

Capacity and any specialist participation are confirmed for the engagement. The website does not imply an unlimited bench or immediate incident-response availability.

Decide the relationship before delivery.

Identify the contracting party, client-facing lead, branding, communication rules, permitted access, change approval, billing, reporting and handoff. Confidentiality and customer-relationship protections belong in the written agreement.

Work may be provider-facing, jointly delivered or client-facing, depending on the arrangement. No white-label or resale relationship is presumed simply because an inquiry was submitted.

What your team receives

A defined scope, technical prerequisites, delivery plan, change and test records, issue escalation and documentation suitable for the agreed handoff. Your client commitments should reflect the service actually contracted.

How an engagement starts

Send a non-sensitive project outline. We review fit and capacity, agree the relationship and scope, establish secure access, and begin the authorized work. Existing tools and records are used where appropriate so the engagement does not create another disconnected system.

A partner inquiry is not a client solicitation.

Tell us you are approaching Ask Buc as a provider or agency. We will use that context when discussing contracting and communication. Do not submit your client's credentials or confidential records through the public form.
