What the audit produces
Documented findings for the selected review areas. A risk-priority matrix. Recommended actions with effort and investment considerations. An executive briefing connecting technical findings to business decisions.
The engagement distinguishes observed evidence, assumptions, unavailable information and matters requiring specialist assessment.
Existing audit options
Business Systems Audit — starting at $2,500. Core security, backup, identity and Microsoft 365 posture within the selected review scope.
Full AI & Automation Audit — starting at $5,000. The existing business-systems review plus AI readiness, automation opportunities, data governance and roadmap work defined in that tier.
Infrastructure + AI Readiness — starting at $7,500. The existing full 27-point assessment offering with infrastructure, recovery, compliance-gap and executive-roadmap work defined in the approved scope.
Enterprise / Government — custom scope. A proposal for multi-site, public-sector, portfolio or otherwise complex environments.
These are the existing product starting prices. The scoped agreement controls the review areas, access, deliverables and fee; a smaller tier does not automatically include every audit point.
Selected review areas
Infrastructure security. Identity and privileged access. Endpoints. Patching and vulnerability status. Backup and recovery. Microsoft 365 and email. AI and automation readiness. Applicable control and evidence gaps.
The selected areas above summarize the offering rather than replace its existing detailed checklist. The engagement identifies which checklist items apply and the depth of review.
How the engagement works
Request a scope conversation. Confirm the business decisions, environment, access and review areas. Agree the diagnostic fee and terms. Perform the assessment. Review findings, priorities and the recommended next actions.
Implementation is a separate commitment unless included in the agreement. You can use the findings to decide what to address and who should do the work.
Requesting the audit is not purchasing it.
The initial form begins a discussion about scope. Do not submit sensitive system records or credentials. Secure access and confidentiality arrangements are established before technical review.
