1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CardCam Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Askbuc.Inc ("we," "our," or "us").

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a compatible Android device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3. Description of Service

CardCam Pro is a camera application designed for photographing sports cards and trading cards. The App provides manual camera controls, AI-powered photo analysis, professional overlays, lighting presets, and an organized gallery. All processing occurs locally on your device.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Not distribute, license, sell, rent, lease, or lend the App to any third party.
• Not use the App for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Askbuc.Inc.
• Not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, functionality, design, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Askbuc.Inc and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The name "CardCam Pro" and the CardCam Pro logo are trademarks of Askbuc.Inc.

6. Your Content

Photos and images you create using the App are your property. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. Since all photos are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers, you retain full control and ownership of all images captured with CardCam Pro.

7. AI Photo Analysis Disclaimer

The AI Photo Analysis feature provides automated assessments of photo quality including sharpness, glare, centering, and lighting scores. These assessments are provided for informational purposes only and should not be construed as a guarantee of grading outcomes from any third-party grading service (including but not limited to PSA, BGS, SGC, or any other grading company). Actual grading results may vary based on factors beyond photo quality. Askbuc.Inc is not affiliated with any card grading service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ASKBUC.INC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Askbuc.Inc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Lake County, Indiana.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
