Clients can engage one capability or connect several where the business benefits. A website project does not require an IT retainer, and an infrastructure project does not require a marketing contract.
How delivery is organized
An engagement identifies the delivery lead, client decision-maker, work responsibilities and communication route. Any additional specialist or partner participation is defined before their work begins.
This is a founder-led model with engagement-specific delivery arrangements—not a claim that every specialty is staffed around the clock.
