Askbuc.Inc ("we," "our," or "us") operates the CardCam Pro mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

CardCam Pro is designed with privacy as a core principle. We want to be clear about what we do not do:

• We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.
• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying information.
• We do not access, upload, or store your photos on any external server. All photos remain exclusively on your device.
• We do not track your location or collect GPS data.
• We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising SDKs.
• We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties.
• We do not create user accounts or require registration.

3. Camera and Storage Permissions

CardCam Pro requires the following device permissions to function:

• Camera: Required to capture photos of your sports cards. Camera data is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted externally.
• Storage/Media: Required to save captured photos to your device's SportsCards album. We only write photos you explicitly capture; we do not read or access other files on your device.

4. AI Photo Analysis

The AI Photo Analysis feature processes images entirely on your device using on-device machine learning models. No images are sent to external servers for analysis. Sharpness, glare, centering, and lighting scores are computed locally and are not stored or transmitted.

5. Data Storage

All app settings, lighting presets, and preferences are stored locally on your device using standard Android storage mechanisms. This data is not synced, backed up to our servers, or accessible to us in any way. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored settings will be removed.

6. Third-Party Services

CardCam Pro does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The App does not contain ads. The only external link within the App is to the Google Play Store for updates and ratings.

7. Children's Privacy

CardCam Pro does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect data, we are compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
