Automate the repetitive work. Keep people in control.
Ask Buc builds AI-assisted workflows around the way your business actually operates. Connect the systems, define the decisions and make the exception path as clear as the ordinary one.

Start with the workflow—not the model.
A missed inquiry, duplicated data entry, slow handoff or inconsistent follow-up is a business problem before it is an AI project. Map the people, systems, information and decisions involved, then determine what should be automated.
Where automation can help
Lead intake and routing. CRM updates. Approved customer follow-up. Appointment coordination. Document classification and internal search. Data handoffs between systems. Operational reporting and exception queues.
Private AI and internal knowledge systems are available as separate architecture and deployment workstreams when data boundaries require them.
Design the ordinary case and the exception.
Identify permitted actions, required human approvals, source systems, audit records and what happens when an integration fails. An automation should not invent a booking, overwrite a customer record or make a sensitive decision outside its authority.
What you receive
A workflow map, integration design, permission model, test cases, implementation, exception handling and operating documentation for the agreed process. The scope identifies platforms, licenses, usage costs and ongoing maintenance.
Pilot before expanding.
Choose a bounded workflow. Test with controlled data and representative exceptions. Validate source records and notifications. Release with rollback and a named process owner, then review the actual result before increasing volume.
Illustrative workflow
An inquiry is received, stored and assigned to the correct service owner. The system sends an acknowledgment, creates a review task and records the next action. A booking is created only when the actual calendar confirms it. This is a workflow example, not a published client outcome.
Practical AI includes knowing when not to use it.
A deterministic rule, improved form or clearer operating procedure may solve the problem without a model. The recommendation should reflect reliability, cost and maintenance—not the novelty of the tool.
